[attr="class","selene"]Bugs weren't a problem for Selene. In fact, she found most bug type Pokmeon cute, and their necessity to the environment was something she cared deeply for.

However, this wasn't just one cutiefly in her shop.

It was a swarm of them.

She couldn't blame them: she had purchased some ingredients recently to recreate the sweet scent of a fomantis. She didn't consider how it would attract them.

"Okay, out, out!"

Selene waved her hands around, trying to shoo the bugs away. They were stubborn ones, and they impeded customers coming into the shop. Because, unlike her, many people hated bugs.

slateport's hustle and bustle spoke to keiko. she loved being assigned deliveries here. this was the easiest city to chain twenty successful deliveries before lunch time. her last one before that beloved lunch break was for a shopkeeper.[break][break]

she stood outside the address and thought, for a moment, that it must have been the wrong one. the swarm of cutiefly inside was visible from the outside. it seemed like one of those insectariums (was that the word?) that sold and rescued such pokemon.[break][break]

but a delivery was a delivery. she nudged open the door, unsure if she should open the door wide or not.[break][break]

"um, hello? i'm looking for a selene mor-"[break][break]

ah, the woman swatting furiously at the bugs must not want them in her shop. keiko kicked the door open wider, but she moved uncertainly and with a clearly puzzled expression.

"Keep it open! Hold on..."

She snatched the scent she'd been working on, darting forward to where Keiko was. And she ran, taking it down the street-

And leaving it.

Selene watched them draw close, sighing in relief as she walked back to the shop door. "You're my savior."
